30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return
Email edu@thinkr.pro with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us at edu@thinkr.pro within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
